How it runs

From booking to live

All we need from you is the address and the square footage. Everything after that runs on a clock.

  1. Shoot day

    We show up ready and you do not have to be there

    Everything we need comes in at booking: the address and the square footage. A drone comes too if the package has one. A 2,500 square foot house takes about an hour, and you get a text when we are done.

  2. 24 hours

    Photos are in your inbox within 24 hours

    Edited and delivered inside a day: exposure blended, verticals straightened, color corrected room by room. The gallery link has MLS-sized files in one folder and full-resolution in another, so you are not resizing anything before you upload. Video follows within 48 hours.

  3. Afterward

    If something changes, we come back

    If the seller changes something after the shoot — fresh paint, furniture moved, landscaping finished — we come back for a partial reshoot rather than letting you list a photo that is now wrong. The invoice comes with the gallery.

How fast do I get the photos?

Photos are in your inbox within 24 hours of the shoot. Video follows within 48 hours.

What happens if it rains?

We shoot interiors in any weather. Exteriors and aerial get moved to the next clear slot at no charge. We will call you the morning of rather than letting you find out when we do not show up.

Does the house need to be staged first?

No, but it needs to be picked up. Staging helps, but the thing that actually costs you photos is clutter: countertops, bathroom counters, refrigerator doors, and cars in the driveway. We send a one-page prep sheet when you book so the seller knows what to do. We will move a chair or a trash can, but we are not going to clear a kitchen island while the clock runs.

Can you shoot an occupied house?

Yes, and most of what we shoot is occupied. Plan on 45 minutes to an hour and a half on site depending on square footage, and it goes faster if the sellers are out of the house rather than moving room to room ahead of us. Pets should be crated or out. If the sellers want to stay, that is fine — nobody ends up in a frame.

Who owns the photos and where can I use them?

Keyline Visuals licenses images rather than selling them. Your license covers marketing the listed property for the term of the listing, up to one year, and it belongs to the agent who commissioned the shoot. Builders, stagers, designers, and other third parties who want to use the images license them separately. If a listing expires or is withdrawn and another agent takes over, the images don't transfer with it. Please don't re-edit delivered files.
